Hi, I’m Kerry
I work with women who feel consumed by anxious thoughts, self-criticism, or the weight of unresolved trauma while still trying to hold it all together. On the outside you’re accomplished and capable, but inside it feels like your mind won’t shut off, your body is running on empty, you can’t relax, and no matter how much you achieve it never feels like enough. I understand how exhausting that is, and I specialize in helping you finally find relief that lasts.
My approach goes beyond traditional talk therapy. I combine CBT, neuroscience-based anxiety treatment, somatic therapy, and mindset work to calm your nervous system and shift the patterns that keep you stuck.
