Services & Fees
Like most specialty providers, I do not bill insurance companies directly however, if you have insurance benefits I can provide you with the information you’ll need to submit for reimbursement at the rate your insurance company sets for out-of-network providers.
If you have out-of-network benefits they typically will reimburse you for 60-80% of the cost of each session after you’ve met your deductible. This varies by plan but many clients for example end up paying $20-$80 per session after the deductible is met. Some clients also choose to use their FSA/HSA to pay for therapy sessions.

Insurance
I understand that life is hectic and unexpected situations may arise. I ask that you notify me 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule a session, so someone else may benefit from that time. If I don't receive notification 24 hours in advance, you will be charged the full session fee.
